I’ve been having sports massages with Kirsty for a few months now and they have made a huge difference, particularly to my shoulders where I seem to hold my stress! Kirsty is professional and so knowledgeable, can’t recommend her enough. Jo . K

You don’t have to be young fit or even like boxing! It’s a great workout which you can do at your level and is fun. My movement and strength is so much better, Thanks Kirsty - Annette . G
